Sold or Listed Prices

3 market transactions via web search — not HiFi Registry sales.

Understanding the market

Half of recorded transactions fall between $450 and $1,850. The full observed range is unusually wide — the highest recorded price is 4.1× the lowest. A spread that wide usually means the recorded sales are not strictly comparable: different configurations or finishes, units sold for parts or with cosmetic damage, or listings where the model name is shared across more than one variant. Treat the middle range as the useful signal and the extremes as outliers worth investigating before you price against them.

What buyers should know

Digital components depreciate on input support and format compatibility rather than condition. Confirm what the USB input accepts, whether drivers are still available for current operating systems, and whether the unit is still supported by the manufacturer.

This range reflects 3 recorded sales, compiled from publicly listed and completed sales elsewhere on the used market, not from HiFi Registry transactions. Few units of this model reach the open market, which is itself useful to know: thin trading means published prices move further on any single transaction, and it usually means less negotiating room when one does appear. Treat this as an indication of where the model trades rather than a settled valuation.
